Prices exclude VAT. A pupil is counted once per term, on the day you are invoiced. A pupil who leaves mid-term is not billed again.
Questions schools ask
Can we move our existing records in?
Yes. Pupils, guardians and classes import from a spreadsheet, and we will help map your columns. On the Group plan we do the migration with you, including historical results where you have them.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours. You can export everything at any time while your account is active, and for 90 days after it ends. We do not hold records hostage to a renewal.
Can a teacher at one campus see another campus's pupils?
No. Separation between schools is enforced in the database itself, not only in the application, so a teacher's access is limited to the schools they hold a role at even if a bug in the interface tried to show them more.
Do parents need a smartphone?
For the portal, any phone with a browser works. Results and fee notices also go out by SMS and WhatsApp, so a parent with a feature phone still gets them.
Do parents buy a PIN or scratch card to check results?
No, and we will not add one. Some platforms sell result-checking PINs and share the revenue with the school. We charge you per pupil per term, and you recover that through the fees you already collect, so charging the parent again when they open the result would be billing the same service twice. Results are free to the parent, every term.
How do you handle WAEC, NECO and JAMB?
External examinations sit outside the term structure and are on the roadmap as their own records rather than bolted onto termly results. Internal mock examinations are supported today.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starter is free for schools up to 60 pupils, with no card required. Standard and Group are billed per pupil per term.
